Serving Those Who Served

Asgard Protect believes that military veterans deserve more than gratitude. They deserve meaningful work, practical support, dignity and the opportunity to continue using courage, discipline and experience in the service of others.
Many former service personnel leave the military with exceptional skills: calmness under pressure, situational awareness, loyalty, physical courage, leadership, discretion and the ability to protect others. Some are ready for immediate civilian work. Others may need structured support, mentoring, licensing, retraining or a gradual return to employment.

Possible Pathways

Close Protection and Deterrent Security

Lawful, licensed and vetted protective work for families, executives, offices, schools, hotels, events and sensitive locations, subject to local regulation, client suitability and appropriate supervision.

Emergency Support and Extraction Coordination

Planning, logistics, communications, welfare checks, secure movement, documentation and partner coordination. High-risk activity should only be performed through properly licensed, insured and authorised providers.

Training and Public Safety

Situational awareness, travel safety, online safety, emergency planning, school safety, family preparedness and calm crisis preparation for organisations and communities.

Operations, Logistics and Remote Support

Crisis desk support, transport coordination, intelligence administration, document control, route planning, contractor liaison and structured communications.

Cyber, Digital and Research Support

Veterans with technical, signals, intelligence, analytical or communications experience may be suitable for digital assurance, open-source research and lawful monitoring support.

Mentoring and Welfare

Asgard Protect wants to build a culture where experienced people are treated with respect and signposted to appropriate veteran, mental health, housing, recovery or family-support organisations where needed.

A Kind but Professional Standard

Respect

We recognise service, sacrifice and the difficulty many people face when moving from military to civilian life.

Vetting

We aim to work with people who combine experience with kindness, restraint, discretion and sound judgement.

Training

Where needed, we encourage civilian licensing, safeguarding awareness, first aid, data protection and professional conduct standards.

Opportunity

We want to identify paid work, contract work, retained work, partner opportunities and appropriate introductions as Asgard Protect develops.

Veterans Talent Register

We are building a confidential register of veterans and former service personnel who may wish to be considered for future opportunities. Applicants may include former members of the armed forces, reserves, police, emergency services or specialist protective units, depending on role requirements.
Prior military service does not guarantee employment. Every candidate must be assessed carefully, respectfully and individually. No applicant should be asked to misuse military skills, perform unlawful surveillance, carry weapons unlawfully, intimidate people or operate outside proper authority.

For Veteran Organisations

Asgard Protect welcomes contact from veteran charities, military associations, training organisations and employment support groups interested in helping former service personnel find dignified work.
We are particularly interested in ethical partnerships that support veterans into lawful, safe and meaningful employment.

Veterans and former service personnel may use the Careers application form to introduce themselves. Please do not include classified, operationally sensitive or protected information. A CV, brief service background, current location, relevant licences and preferred civilian work areas are enough to begin.
