Overview

International rescue and emergency-assistance coordination for individuals, families, employers, insurers, charities and organisations operating internationally.

Asgard Protect acts as a coordinating and assurance layer. Aircraft, clinical care, ambulances, specialist rescue teams and regulated medical decisions are provided by appropriately licensed and accredited partners. No rescue or medical capability is represented as immediately available until a case has been assessed and provider capacity confirmed.

Managed Case Model

Asgard Protect is designed to act as a client adviser, incident manager and duty-of-care coordinator. Where specialist medical, aviation, rescue, security or local operational activity is required, delivery should be conducted through vetted, licensed and insured providers.
This approach preserves continuity for the client while ensuring regulated services are performed by organisations with appropriate authorisations, capability and insurance.

Partner Control Standard

All partner work should be governed by clear confidentiality, client-relationship, reporting, non-circumvention, non-solicitation, no-disparagement, data protection, licensing, insurance and incident-reporting terms. Asgard Protect should remain copied into client communications and operational updates unless a client expressly directs otherwise.

Important Emergency Notice

Asgard Protect is not a substitute for local emergency services. In an immediate life-threatening emergency, contact the relevant local police, ambulance, fire or coastguard service first. Client emergency lines and specialist activation procedures are supplied during onboarding.

Delivery Model

Practice Areas are delivered directly where qualified and through vetted, licensed specialist partners where required.

Responsibility Standard

Operational services should be delivered only where lawful, ethical, properly insured and appropriately licensed. In higher-risk locations, Asgard Protect should coordinate through established local, medical, aviation, maritime, legal and security partners rather than pretending to replace competent authorities or regulated providers.
